Combination package of holistic nutrition consulting services and internal martial arts training sessions:

• 4 training sessions a month, for a total of 12 (1 hour) sessions, over the course of the 3 month package - sessions held over zoom or in person if in west San Fernando Valley (must have a strong wifi connection for internet sessions)

• Additional training can be added for an additional $25/hour after the package has been completed or during the course of the 3 months

Along with the entire Resilient Nutrition consulting package which includes:

• Initial Interview form

• Vision and Intention form

• Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire

• Food and Mood Journal Analysis

• Initial consultation - 2 hours

• Customized Wellness Blueprint + meal plans (real plans pro?)

• 6 accountability and coaching calls (2x/month)

• Supplement and lifestyle recommendations

• Reassessment that includes NAQ, food and mood journal analysis, updated Wellness - Blueprint, meal plans and a second in-depth consultation call

• Resources, homework assignments, and various email/text communications
