Warrior Healing Arts is a sanctuary and a living discipline devoted to the cultivation of balance and embodied power. This practice teaches you how to create safety in your body, reclaim your inner authority, and move through the world with clarity and courage. Here, the path of the warrior is not about domination, but devotion to your body, your energy, your instincts, and the deeper wisdom that lives within you.
Through martial arts, mindfulness, and ritual practice, you develop the skills to strengthen your sense of self, trust your instincts, and stay regulated under pressure. This work also calls you outward, encouraging you to care for your community and contribute to a more grounded, harmonious world.

Meet the Founder
Hi there! My name is Joelle Nañawa and I’m a body neutral personal trainer, mindfulness educator, martial artist, warrior witch, and founder of Warrior Healing Arts.
I’m here to help people reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their power, and resist the systems that drain or diminish them. My work blends martial discipline, somatic ritual, and ancestral wisdom into a dynamic practice of both protection and liberation for yourself and others.
Alongside this inner work, we train the fundamentals: functional movement, proper form, nervous system regulation, nutrition basics, and martial traditions. These are practical tools that build strength from the inside out.
Together, we awaken your Inner Warrior Archetype, the part of you that knows when to fight, when to rest, and how to move through the world with integrity, courage, and unabashed badassery.
