Movement and Personal Training
As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I use an evidence-based approach to build strength from the ground up. Through the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model, we focus on:
Stability and mobility
Strength development
Power and performance
I work especially well with people who feel out of place in traditional fitness spaces — folks looking for guidance without pressure, and a place to grow confidence, not just muscle. If that sounds like you, you might be someone who:
Is new to the gym or martial arts and wants a safe place to start
Wants to get stronger for daily life and long-term vitality
Feels self-conscious or unsure about movement and wants a supportive guide
Is returning to movement after injury, burnout, or a long break
Craves structure, accountability, and consistent motivation (without the drill sergeant vibes)
Values a compassionate, balanced approach to fitness
What I Offer:
✔ Realistic goal-setting and progress tracking
✔ Personalized training plans tailored to your body and lifestyle
✔ Guidance on proper form, modifications, and safety
✔ Support for training at home with minimal equipment
✔ Basic insights on hydration, nutrition, and recovery
✔ Referrals to medical or allied professionals when needed
I strive to help make movement feel approachable — something you can build into your real life, even when things are busy. We focus on what’s practical, stay consistent, and move at a pace that works for you.

Nutrition and Holistic Health
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I help people build a strong foundation with food — one rooted in real nourishment, not restriction. Whether you’re looking to support your training, manage energy levels, or just feel more confident in your choices, we’ll take it step by step.
This is a nonjudgmental space for folks who:
Struggle with perfectionism or all-or-nothing thinking
Are tired of fad diets and want sustainable change
Want to understand nutrition basics — like macros, cravings, digestion, and energy
Want to feel stronger, clearer, and more connected to their bodies
Need support in building realistic habits that fit their life
What I Offer:
✔ Help building a foundation of balanced eating that supports your goals
✔ Tools to reconnect with your body’s natural cues and rhythms
✔ Education around macronutrients and tracking (if that’s useful for you)
✔ Strategies to fuel your movement and recovery
✔ Support for sustainable behavior change — without guilt or shame
I don’t prescribe meal plans or treat disease, but I can always refer you to other professionals when more specialized care is needed. My role is to educate, support, and walk beside you as you strengthen your relationship with food.
My approach is about making wellness accessible — not by watering things down, but by meeting you where you are and focusing on practical, lasting change. You don’t need fancy supplements or rigid rules. You need support, clarity, and room to be human.
Nutritional therapy honors your bioindividuality — your body, your story, your pace. Together, we’ll explore how you eat, sleep, move, and feel, and co-create a flexible plan that works for you.

My Strategy: Sustainable Progress Over Perfection
Whether we’re talking martial arts, stress management, movement or food, I believe in building a strong foundation of basics. This means:
Making practical changes with what you already have
Being realistic about time, energy, accessibility, and capacity
Valuing your story and lived experience as part of your wellness
Prioritizing long-term resilience instead of quick fixes
You don’t need to be perfect, 'healthy enough,' or 'in shape enough' — you just need to start. I’m here to be in your corner (like a boxing coach in the ring of life) as you reconnect with your strength, clarity, and confidence in your body.
