Through personalized coaching, I'll help you define and pursue what wellness means to you, covering everything from nutrition and hydration to strength training and stress management. Whether you need some deep breathing and flow from Qigong and T’ai Chi or some challenging workouts inspired by traditional martial arts and influenced by exercise science, we can put together a package made just for you.

Join a community class

Meet like minded people and help build a community in a group martial arts classes. Perfect for those who thrive in a social setting and enjoy the energy of training alongside others. Classes are geared towards beginners but also cater to various fitness levels.

Book a single
session

Hi there!

Thanks for dropping in:) My name is Joelle and I’m the creator and founder of Warrior Healing Arts.

I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and martial arts practitioner specializing in energy cultivation, strength, and balance restoration. 

My love for the healing and warrior arts came from my own struggles with understanding food, fitness, energy, confidence, and - myself. Through the years, I’ve walked on and worked on a path to part the haze and bring clarity, confidence, and empowerment to my life.

I’d be honored to share some of the tools I’ve acquired and to support you on your unique journey.
