About Warrior Healing Arts

Warrior Healing Arts is a platform, philosophy, and living ecosystem that explores the intersection between self-awareness and collective responsibility. It invites people to explore their true nature, embody their warrior spirit, and take meaningful action in an often chaotic and destabilizing world. Through martial arts, mindfulness, and intentional practices, Warrior Healing Arts offers tools that strengthen the self while encouraging people to care for their communities and contribute to a more harmonious world.

This is a space for misfits, mystics, and seekers of all kinds — especially those who have felt out of place in traditional fitness, wellness, or spiritual settings. Here, you’re invited to honor your body’s unique rhythms and sharpen your power so that you can move through life with the discernment of a warrior, the compassion of a healer, and the vision of an artist.

Meet the Founder

 

Hi, I’m Joelle Nañawa, a body-neutral personal trainer, mindfulness educator, martial arts practitioner, and founder of this space.

I help people reconnect with their bodies, honor their rhythms, and resist systems that drain or harm them. Through martial arts, trauma-informed movement, ritual, and storytelling, I guide students to cultivate compassion, self-respect, and vital life force energy.

Alongside this inner work, I teach the essentials: functional movement, good form, stress management, nutrition basics, and martial arts traditions — practical skills that strengthen the body and ignite the spirit.

Together, we call forth your Inner Warrior Archetype, the guide within you, to live boldly, protect what matters, and cultivate resilience for yourself and your community.
