I’m Joelle Nañawa, a body-neutral personal trainer, mindfulness educator, martial artist, and founder of Warrior Healing Arts.
I help people reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their power, and resist the systems that drain or diminish them. My work blends martial discipline, somatic ritual, and elemental wisdom into a dynamic practice of both protection and liberation.
Alongside this inner work, we train the fundamentals: functional movement, proper form, nervous system regulation, nutrition basics, and martial traditions. These are practical tools that build strength from the inside out.
